This public website does not provide a delivery-request form, client portal, tracking surface, or patient service. It does not intentionally collect protected health information, payment information, driver records, or delivery credentials.

Basic hosting data

The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps. Hermetic Labs does not currently place advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

Email

If you contact Hermetic Labs by email, the message and address are used to respond to the inquiry and maintain appropriate business records. Do not send patient information, prescription details, Social Security numbers, financial account information, delivery credentials, or other sensitive operational data through the public email link.

Future services

Any future client portal or operational service will have its own access controls, notices, contractual terms, and reviewed data-handling requirements before client use begins.
